Privatization via overseas listing, ownership structure and firm performance : evidence from China's H share companies
This study focused on the listing of H-share companies for the following considerations. The study first evaluates whether getting listed overseas would help improve the performance of the H-share companies. The following part looks into impacts of the ownership structure on the company performance.
