Using independent works that set the war as their context, this paper aims to analyse the topics or issues that are brought up in the narrative. The results gathered from this analysis can be informative in telling examining how war is remembered by the public, as well as the potentiality of using public space to archive a diverse ways of narrating the Second World War.
