Description
Summary:Memristor which is known as memory resistor, is unknow to the circuit element. It is very much as important as the other three circuit element. When there is electrical phenomena involve, memristor tends to show many special characteristics. It is usually very small and this is useful in the modelling of biological device. This will make better understanding of the concept for electrical phenomena. Biological phenomena are being defined as memristive. The behaviour cannot be captured in a rapid learning cycle framework. In this report, we will be introducing the memristor. There are tests to prove memristor characteristics. The goal is to explain the properties of memristive switching through experiments and highlight the importance and relevance of memristor.
