First, we introduce characteristics of military personnel and their family and discuss the relevance of work-family issues in this population. Second, we synthesize findings from studies that examined positive and negative aspects of work-family interface among military families. Subsequently, we discuss limitations of the literature and conclude with recommendations for future research. |
