Description
Summary:Research has found that the traditional learning environment does not cultivate skills required in the 21st century. As such, in recent years, there have been introduction of many new methodologies of learning. However, these methodologies heavily rely on video watching. This motivated the researcher to find ways to improve the video watching experience to better supplement the learning for students. The researcher identified one feature to focus on, which is collaborative video watching. This study aims to find out how collaborative video watching impacts students’ results and learning experiences. A total of 103 computer science students taking the CZ3003 Software Systems Analysis and Design class participated in this research study. The study was conducted on a Thursday morning lesson at 8.30AM. Quantitative and qualitative results were collected in this research study and will be analysed in this report.
