This is because physical forms of leaflets, booklets and posters are produced in large amounts to provide visitors with information about the exhibits. With the popularity and persuasiveness of the current mobile technology, an intuitive solution will be to provide some form of websites, mobile applications and even introduce new technologies to cater to the exhibitions. However, most of these solutions are not very customizable, and often can only be used specifically for one exhibition. Furthermore, most of the solutions that are implemented act as a hub of information for the exhibit in mind. Hence, visitors will have to manually search for the information on the booths they wish to know. The purpose of this project was to research on the advantages and disadvantages of proposed solutions in past studies and to propose and implement a solution that aims to provide a greater degree of customizability and usability to convey information for the visitors and the exhibitors. To achieve the purpose of this project, a solution was proposed, which requires the integration of different technologies, mainly Augmented Reality Image Recognition and Bluetooth Low Energy Recognition.
