The aim of the application is to make information easily accessible and easier to process so that shoppers can be informed before making a purchase. Eventually, with the continuous contribution from the communities, shoppers can save money by looking at which retailer offers a better bargain in the application. This application is built and tested using Android environment and emulator, which is one of the most widely supported open source environment. This application is dependent on the communities, to share the product by uploading or updating the product’s information such as its pricing, location and more. With the contribution from the communities, this application can display the collective information on a single activity page in response to the shopper’s search query. In this way, shoppers can compare each retailer’s price, its location, and choose the retailer that offers the best bargain. In future, this application can be improved by broadening its features and improving its user interface, making it more user-friendly and interactive. In this way, shoppers will have a better overall experience with this application on their smartphone.
