To Find Solace: Letters of Self-Compassion is a personal exploration documenting my own introspective experience of unpacking and understanding what it means to show this same kindness towards myself. Through a collection of stories, encounters and interviews with 15 individuals, as well as the practice of self-reflective letter-writing, pain and compassion are broken down; showing us that we are not alone in our struggle and our search for forgiveness and care that we should be giving ourselves.
