Through a collection of stories, encounters and interviews with 15 individuals, as well as the practice of self-reflective letter-writing, pain and compassion are broken down; showing us that we are not alone in our struggle and our search for forgiveness and care that we should be giving ourselves. To Find Solace aims to inspire your first step towards self-compassion, using my story as a testament to what it could mean to embark on this journey.
