Summary: | Differential phase contrast (DPC) in a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) is a widely employed technique for probing electromagnetic fields on the nanoscale. In this project, the author will attempt to show that DPC in STEM can be used to map an inner electric field of a perovskite solar cell. The author will also be highlighting the different challenges that they faced in this project, especially in the area of image processing. Finally, the author will also provide the different appropriate solutions and insights they have gained, for further similar studies in the future. |
