EHM (equipment health management) is a comprehensive process control of equipment health factors by integrating equipment management rules and business processes, closely combining information such as condition monitoring, maintenance, use and environment, Planning and optimizing maintenance activities.
The main significance in EHM condition-based maintenance is that effective equipment health management extends beyond the scope of equipment monitoring and repair and goes deep into the standardization and optimization of equipment. The development of EHM reduces costs associated with the operation and maintenance of equipment. Besides, it reduces the life-cycle cost of your device while still complying. These programs enable us to provide customers with fixed and predictable maintenance costs. Intelligent management is aim to make the traditional repair-based transformation to the management-based.
In this project, our goal is to use Micro-Controller Unit (MCU) to achieve the five functions of disposing data acquisition, detection, comparison, analysis and fault prediction for the motor. By comparing the Health date with the information collected, and finding the difference, we can analyze and predict possible faults. |
