總結:This research was to study the characteristics of Cesium Lead Bromide (CsPbBr3) perovskite solar cell to determine the suitability of this material for the use of solar harvesting application. To determine its suitability, a series of experiments was conducted with the varied parameters of the material for deposition to achieve the best results. The process includes fabricating the perovskite layer, integrating the different layers using the spin coating technique to form the inorganic perovskite solar cell and testing the different characteristics of the material using the relevant lab equipment. From the test results obtained, it was concluded that CsPbBr3 is suitable for solar harvesting application as it has a small energy band gap of 2.38eV for electron hole pair generation. The amount used for deposition of the active layer was 40μl CsPbBr3, with spin coat parameters 1500 rpm at a time period 40 seconds. The efficiency achieved for this fully integrated inorganic perovskite solar cell was 1.00%. More improvements on the procedures and variation of the different amount parameters could be explored to increase the overall efficiency of the inorganic perovskite solar cell.
