Parametric study of photoreduction on graphene oxide was conducted in analysing photo thermal effects. Samples will be characterized by optical microscope, confocal microscope, resistance measuring instrument and transmittance measuring device. Results show that different characteristics of reduced graphene oxide appears on different substrate after photoreduction.
