Internet-based smart electronic applications

In this project, an electronic system is developed for home applications. The system consists of various sensors that connected to a Raspberry PI 3. The sensors used in the system are Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor and Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor. The Raspberry Pi 3 communicates with Androi...

The Raspberry Pi 3 communicates with Android application on mobile device to activate the Raspberry Pi 3 GPIO Pins for some applications. They were two applications developed in the project. The first one was to control a 220V LED light bulb based on the conditions detected by the motion detector and LDR sensor. The second application is to activate the Raspberry PI 3 camera based on some other conditions detected by the sensors. The applications are developed with different programming languages such as php, html and C. This report documents the development, testing and debugging of the applications.
