Because what people's eyes can see is a 3D world actually. Compared to 2D effect, 3D effect can bring a more realistic visual experience and give more information so that human can explore the world better. Most of the audience enjoy the shocking feeling brought by 3D effects, but we should not ignore some viewers, who may suffered from dry eye, eye pain, dizziness, nausea and acute glaucoma due to the 3D effects. Because the 3D picture us the intersection of virtual and actual, these dynamic virtual pictures will make it difficult for people to focus on the eyeballs. Long-term viewing is easy to cause dizziness and headaches. Besides this, the glass-based 3D technology is the most cost-effective and widely available, but it is not convenient for viewers. Lots of audience don't like wearing glasses and sometimes they will lose them easily, what's more, they will give some viewers headches or eyestrain. So developing and improving 3D glass-free display seems more and more important. Nowadays there are various 3D display technologies.
