The project began with the design of the Virtual Reality system and allowed users to communicate with the virtual character in the system. A series of procedures in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy were used in communication to guide users to clearly aware of their "bad" thinking. The Virtual Reality system was used in an experiment with 10 participants. Participants have requested to experience the system and rated its effectiveness. 30% of participants have felt more relaxed after experienced the VR system, and more than 50% of participants were willing to accept this kind of treatment method to alleviate their psychological problems.
