The evolution of the industrial structure has its own rule. Any Country or region will face the issue of industrial structural changes. It involves the resource reallocation among different industries. The resources will flow from lower productivity to higher productivity sectors, improving the overall balance among industries and the total factor productivity of the economy. Based on the growth and development literature and industrial structure literature, this dissertation conducted an empirical study of the effect of resource reallocation resulting from the changes of industrial structure in Hebei Province.
