Summary:Technology enhanced-learning (TEL), also known as e-learning, is getting more common and popular as technology advances. It’s a virtual learning environment that uses technology to enhance learning experience. With TEL, students can learn new things or test their knowledge more conveniently, even outside of curriculum time. This report gives insight into the development of the software program for technology enhanced-learning of combinational logic circuits. The program is developed in Java programming language and is designed for undergraduates who are learning digital electronics or have basic knowledge of combinational logic circuits, to test their understanding on certain topics such as multiplexers and decoders.
