The thesis postulates that the social security system in Dezhou City presently has been able to meet the needs of its senior citizens in the areas of healthcare, unemployment benefits and housing. Investigation and innovation in the social security system have reached an important stage. Meanwhile, crucial problems involving management and implementation have yet to be solved. CPF is the main component of the social security system in Singapore and it has achieved tremendous success. The job of the Singapore system based on its experience to enhance and improve the social security system and management standard is something worth discussing and analyzing.
