Summary:Artificial lighting technology tries to mimic the sunlight. However, sunlight is not static; the spectrum, colour temperature is changing throughout the day. This keeps our body in circadian rhythm. In our modern life, we live in artificial lighting more than sunlight. This might disturb our sleeping pattern and decision making. The project will study the effect of how different types of current lighting will affect the circadian rhythm of the human body and therefore human’s productivity.
