| Summary: | Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor, abbreviated for CMOS, is a technology for constructing integrated circuits. Almost all new large-scale integrated circuits, such as microprocessors and memories, uses CMOS. The objective of the project is to develop a software program to enhance the learning of CMOS circuits, by using Java programming language. The developed program should be able to do automatic generation of logic circuits, and students can answer the questions based on the circuits generated. The report documents the implementations and development of the whole program. Besides that, all the testing and results are included. |
