Description
Summary:The project aims to develop a nested-current-mirror op-amp with rail-to-rail input and output voltage. The basic structure will be extracted from a paper by Yan, Mak, Law, Martins and Maloberti (2015) [1]. However, in the paper, only rail-to-rail output is achieved. Therefore, the circuit is developed and optimized to accommodate rail-to-rail input in this project. Also, a constant gm biasing circuit and start-up circuit is included for the complete circuit. The amplifier is able to drive high capacitive load with high gain and stability.
