This project seeks to create an application based on a known physical team bonding game to show that these games can be preserved in a digital format as well as entice organisations to support this idea. The app is developed as a Telegram bot in order to reach mass appeal and coded mainly in Node.js. It uses the client server model with the client being the phones of the users and the servers being Telegram’s and Heroku. The game created for this application is a sliding tile puzzle game where users must take turns to try arranging the tiles back into their proper ascending order. This is done through manipulation of the blank space tile in the puzzle with commands to move it up, down, left and right. Most of the app’s functions have been completed with some improvements to be made at a later date. In the future, further improvements can be made to the application such as supporting cryptocurrency. This would further entice companies to support this app and thus the underlying idea of digitalising more physical team bonding games.
