In today’s world of advance technology, smartwatches can be used to observe the heart rate with its inbuilt monitoring system. This research explores the possibility of creating a location based alert mobile application. When an abnormal heart rate is detected, the mobile application will send a notification to nearby people who are trained and certified as a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Automated External Defibrillator (AED) specialist.
