Description
Summary:The frequent usage of RF leads to it being a readily available source of energy. An energy harvester is a device that generates electric energy from its surroundings. In this report, the Dickson charge pump topology is used for implementation of the RF energy harvester operating at 5.2GHz frequency. The values of different stages of the circuit are determined using a simulator called Advanced Design System (ADS). Test were also performed on the implemented circuit to compare simulated performance to its actual performance.
