诗意消夏 ：吴历《墨井草堂消夏图》研究 = Poetic way to idle away the summer : a study of Wu Li's "Whiling Away the Summer"

吴历（1632-1718），字渔山，自号墨井道人，为“清初六大家”之一。他诗文散曲，琴棋书画，无一不工，其中文人画家的身份最为人称道。渔山早年习儒，中年逃禅，晚年入天学。他处事迥异，淡泊明志而不慕名利，因此后人常其画品、人品及作品并列讨论。 《墨井草堂消夏图》作于1679年，时值渔山47岁，为他加入天主教的三年前，也是他中年创作的黄金十年。该画是渔山以消夏为主题创作的一副山水画。画中从不同侧面展现了主人公诗意消夏的审美趣味，更体现了他追溯“古意”而能立己意。 首先，本文将从美术史的角度出发，梳理渔山生平以及《墨井草堂消夏图》的创作动机及旨趣。接着，笔者将引用衣若芬教授创发的文图学理论图像学学者来分析画中具有象征价值的意象。最后，笔者欲探析《墨井草堂消夏图》中“画中之音”与“画外之意”的特点，从而试图再现其背后的文学传统和文人意趣，以及还原凝练在书画中的一个高度艺术化的心灵桃花源。 Wu Li (1632-1718) is one of the leading orthodox painters of the late Ming and early. He is good in music, writing, calligraphy and especially painting. Wu Li studied Confucianism in his early years, learnt Buddha Zen in middle age, and adherence Catholicism in his later years. Due to his indifferent behaviour, he does not like to pursue fame and fortune so later generations often discuss his paintings, along with his noble characters. The Whiling Away the Summer was made in 1679. At the age of 47, it was three years ago before he joined Catholicism and was also the golden decade of his middle age. The painting is a landscape painting created by Wu Li on the theme of summer. From the different aspects, the painting shows the aesthetic taste of the protagonist's poetic summer and the fact that not only he can follow the old convention, but also display his own creativity. First of all, this article will start from the perspective of art history, combing the life of Wu Li and the motivation of Wu Li to create Whiling Away the Summer. Then, I will use the theory of Text and Image Studies created by Professor I Lo-fen to analyze the imagery with symbolic value in the painting. Lastly, I would analyze the characteristics of "the meaning in the painting" and "the meaning outside the painting" in Whiling Away the Summer, in order to reproduce the literary tradition and literati interest behind it, as well as to restore a highly artistic mind paradise under the integration of calligraphy and painting.
