FFP members are faced with a dilemma of choosing the optimum FFP program(s) which they are a member of for their travel. The HighFlyer project aimed to solve the problem by allowing users to use a user-friendly web application that aggregates live airfares and computes the mileage that an FFP member could earn in a presentable user interface to aid their decision-making process. Additionally, users can search for the airline of their preference and read reviews posted by other travellers. These two systems would allow travellers to have a better understanding of the airlines they plan to fly for their travel.
