Summary:Ageing population is the current issue that would significantly impact Singapore in a long run. According to the statistics [1], citizens aged 65 and above is increasing at a faster rate whereas population growth rate is slow. This group of citizens is expected to double the current 440,000 by 2030. This greatly impact the society and economy, causing focus to be on services such as healthcare for elderly. As the technology advances through the years, mobile application on healthcare monitoring or health related applications are introduced to elderly to promote better health management and healthier lifestyle. The goal of this application is to provide a prompt response to elderly when abnormalities occur.
