Today, there is much violence happening around the world. One common example would be terrorist attacks on innocent victims. This violence would not have taken place if people learn to love one another, live harmoniously together, and embraces their differences. Research has shown that listening to positive music can change the behavior of a person, making them less violent and more willing to help others. The objective is to create a music streaming platform that uses positive music uploaded by artists as a medium to spread positivity and love globally. Hence, a music streaming application was created where users can be an artist by uploading their own positive music to share with other users and be a consumer by listening to positive music on the application. Functionality testing was conducted; however, more tests and refinements must be made. The application plans to see its deployment by fall of this year, new features such as live-streaming capabilities, direct messaging service, and offline access will be added to the application before deploying it to the App Store. The limitation of the project was the lack of a robust method to ensure songs uploaded do not infringe and copyrights. Lastly, the experience gained from undertaking this project was invaluable.
