Summary:With terrorism on the rise, there is an ever-increasing need to better equip and protect the police force. It will enable them to better counter threats. Keeping in mind the safety of civilians, collateral damage should be minimized in search of new policing equipment and any potential side-effects must be assessed. In this project, based on existing concepts of tactical use of light in combat, we will explore new way of implementing such concept in a form of xenon flash, providing an effective and safer way of light delivery.
