AR application development with 3D sound effects
An augmented reality can place holograms into the real world with the use of Unity and Microsoft HoloLens. However, 3D sound effects are required to make the holograms sound realistic and close to the real world. Therefore, this project will look into the ways that make the reproduction of 3D sound...

However, 3D sound effects are required to make the holograms sound realistic and close to the real world. Therefore, this project will look into the ways that make the reproduction of 3D sound effect possible to the listener to produce a better sound image that’s similar to the real world. Audio signal processing methods, Unity programming and MATLAB toolbox would be discussed in this report to show the techniques used to scan the environment of the listener before the implementation of the audio effects. Comparison would be made to see the accuracy of the data collected.
