Qualitative study of the applicability of Zachman's ISA framwork for planning the alignment of business & IT strategies.
The focus of this study is to propose an IT planning approach based on Zachman’s Information Systems Architecture Framework for aligning business and IT strategies. This qualitative research involved 4 case studies of companies which leveraged on IT as a strategic resource for their business.
