The wireless communication devices have the ability of sensing, processing and communication with a long distance and no visible medium, but they are often limited by the capacity and the replacement of batteries. To ensure a full function of a wireless communication device, the batteries can be either replaced or recharged manually. Obviously, both two solutions are not suitable for animal detecting systems. This project gives a solution to fix the battery issue efficiently. Mostly, the animal detecting system is well-sealed in an enclosure to prevent the device from the harsh operating environment such as humidity, torridity, and some other irresistible conditions. Wireless power transfer (WPT) seems to be one of the best solution to charge the batteried wirelessly. In this project, an animal detecting system applied with wireless power transfer is presented. Transmitter antenna will be built and the hardware and connection will be discussed in this paper. The WPT system will supply energy for the detecting sensors to ensure detecting and communication.
