Effects of e-business on intermediary relationship in the general insurance industry.
The purpose of this research study is to obtain an insight on the drivers that would support the mediation strategy in relation to the general insurance industry. In addition, it also explores the changed roles of the insurance intermediaries in relation to the enterprise value modeling.
