Diabetician is a mobile application developed for pre-diabetic and diabetic patients. Diabetician has three main features, food recommendation, journal feature and game. This project focus on the aspect on managing diet for people with diabetic condition, which includes providing diabetic-friendly recipes and menu search function. The mobile application was developed for devices operating on Android OS platform. The features were developed through setting up a database to store food recipes and nutritional information of food. Microsoft Azure SQL database was used to set up the database, as well as Mobile App services from Microsoft Azure portal was used to create the backend communication between the database and the mobile application itself. Diabetician was developed on Xamarin Android using C# programming language on Visual Studios IDE.
