School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) have been using a calendar populating software which is designed to populate the teaching staffs’ schedules to their respective calendars in Outlook program. This document explains an analysis and then limitations of the existing software. In addition, this paper discusses in detail about the conversation process and the problems faced by the author during the execution of the upgraded software. More codes are implemented into the upgraded software to resolve the issues occurred from upgraded software throughout the project and improve its functionalities. Furthermore, future work including challenges faced by the author throughout the project and his conclusions are mentioned.
