In this study we analyze manpower policy and income redistribution in China's employment system. We pay attention to China's employment system since it has the greatest impact on unemployment in China, an impact which endures. We study the new manpower policy that is adopted to solve the unemployment problem and improve the prospects of reemployment. We also analyze the traditional policy of income redistribution in which new approaches are needed to solve the problems of unemployment.
