Stopping Iranian nuclear proliferation : sanctions or inducements?
Stepping up sanctions against Iran by financial or oil embargos may be counter-productive given Iits economic resilience and popular support for its nuclear program. The best way is to induce Iranian leaders to moderate their policies.
