Developing open market operations as a monetary instrument : lessons from the ASEAN countries.
The objective of this study is to review the ASEAN governmentse effort in developing open market operations 2/ as a monetary instrument and to draw useful lessons for other developing countries in their endeavour in evolving the instrument.
