Summary: | Frequency Hopping Codes with the ideal auto- and cross-ambiguity properties are studied in this research project. Based on the frequency values assigned to different timeslots, a new concept of Slope Pattern is established. Using this concept, an effective technique in constructing FH codes is proposed. This technique named Length-Extension Method provides a systematic way of generating various set of FH codes with orthogonal or sub-orthogonal ambiguities in both synchronous and asynchronous systems. |
