The proposed Fair Trading Act in Singapore.
This report looked at the Fair Trading Act of Victoria, Australia, and in particular, misleading and deceptive conduct, unfair practices and unconscionable conduct. This will be done in conjunction with a proposed model for Singapore, put forth by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
