Impact of keiretsu structure on agency problems and determinants of net interest margins : evidence from US and Japanese banks in the 90s

In this study, we develop a model to explain how the keiretsu structure has affected the agency problems and the impact of the determinants of net interest margin among Japanese banks, with US banks as the corresponding benchmark.
