Towards better business reporting.
The report seeks to understand the current reporting practice and suggest areas for improvements. Using the recommendations in the Jenkins Committee Report [1994]and the Disclosure Index Checklist by Botosan [1997], the report attempts to identify areas where locally listed companies can improve on.
