Determining breach of director's fiduciary duty when contracting with the company.
The project is a case study approach which identifies the problems in determining breach of director's fiduciary duty with regard to contract with company. As the problems generally arise from the subjectivity of fiduciary law, we recommend various statutory provisions to be incorporated.
