Regulatory challenges to establishing creative business online : a case study on sports betting online.
This paper seeks to identify some of the key barriers especially regulatory challenges to a new entrepreneurial online business and applies them to the case study of sports betting online. Subsequently a business model which claims to be able to overcome these challenges is presented.
