A study on the authenticity of Singapore's Chinatown.
The purpose of this paper is threefold – to review the significance of Chinatown, one of Singapore’s main heritage sites, to the locals and tourists; to assess and explore the level of perceived authenticity; and to draw implications for the future development of Chinatown.
