Critical review of the reports of the Economic Review Committee (ERC)
This paper first presents a critical review of the recommendations of the reports submitted by the ERC in 2002; and then reports on research to uncover attitudes of typical Singaporeans. Finally, it presents a summary of key findings and states its conclusions.
