Visualization of arrangements of carbon atoms in graphene layers by Raman mapping and atomic-resolution TEM
In-plane and out-of-plane arrangements of carbon atoms in graphene layers play critical roles in the fundamental physics and practical applications of these novel two-dimensional materials.
