Electric-field-dependent photoconductivity in CdS nanowires and nanobelts : exciton ionization, Franz–Keldysh, and Stark effects
We report on the electric-field-dependent photoconductivity (PC) near the band-edge region of individual CdS nanowires and nanobelts.
