Comparative study : incentives for visiting academics in Singapore and Australia.
This project explores the various incentives Singapore has in place to attract foreign academics with comparison being made to Australia's incentives. In addition, a detailed study of the Visiting Academics Article found in many Singapore and Australia tax treaties is carried out.
