This paper reports the designs of them in the same LTCC technology. It is shown that the grid array antenna has the simplest structure, the highest radiation efficiency, and aperture efficiency. However, the gain-bandwidth of the grid array antenna needs to be enhanced to cover the 60-GHz band. |
